We want you to love your Critical Role gear, but if your quest didn't go as planned, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags attached to successfully complete your journey.
Initiate the Quest
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Loot
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring no damage occurs during transit, and include the provided packing slip.
Ship It Out
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Gold
Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 7-10 business days.
